With social distancing becoming a thing (I wonder if it will be the word(s) of the year?), and cocooning and staying away from large crowds and gatherings becoming the new normal, why not put this social isolation and down time to some good use? I’ve just discovered the new (it launches today) Natio Spa range, which is perfect for your ‘me’ time at home. I’ve used the range and the time to create an at-home spa experience – perfect for the times when I’m feeling a little bleah.

The range consists of 8 products (I’ve chosen a core 5 – pictured), all Made in Australia, all not tested on animals, and all with a RRP under $22 (in fact all but one are under $20). The One Minute Miracle Body Polish is an update of an old favourite, that gently sloughs away dull skin cells, and is great for mature skin that needs a little TLC. Formulated with Sesame, Lemon Balm and Ginger, the Body Polish leaves skin soft and smooth. 400g RRP $21.95. For relaxing a tired mind and body, the new Relaxing Magnesium & Mineral Bath Salts is a must. Poured into a warm bath, these salts, infused with Magnesium, pure Minerals, and Essential Oils are the perfect remedy to soothe body and soul. 350g RRP $14.95. Once out of the bath, I’ve been using the new lightweight Coconut Milk Hydrating Body Lotion, with coconut and aloe vera to deeply hydrate my skin, and leave it with a delicate scent (after all if I can’t be isolated in the tropics, I may as well feel like it). 250ml RRP $13.95. For the dry skin on my legs, and as we head through Winter, I’m using the revamped Coconut & Shea Body Butter, with its creamy formula of Coconut, Marshmallow and Shea Butter to deeply hydrate and nourish dry skin. 240g RRP $19.95. Finally, with all of the extra hand washing that’s been happening, my hands are screaming out for extra moisture. I’m using the Heavenly Hand Cream, formulated with hydrating Coconut Water and revitalising plant extracts, it’s simply heaven for parched hands. The nourishing cream also helps to reduce the appearance of pigmentation and age spots (just what mature hands need), and strengthen nails. 90ml RRP $10.95. If you’re good at maths, I’ve just created a body care at-home spa for under $100!

The rest of the spa range comprises the Pep-Up Body Cleanser enriched with Ginko Biloba, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Lemongrass and Basil to gently cleanse while it invigorates your senses. 210ml RRP $13.95. The new Papaya & Cane Sugar Gentle Body Exfoliant, with bamboo granules and papaya enzymes gently buffs away dull skin cells to reveal softer, smoother skin. 210g RRP $15.95. The new Nourishing Botanical Body Oil, enriched with botanical plant oils, with a non-greasy blend of Coconut, Rosehip and Jojoba Oils deeply hydrates skin. 130ml RRP $13.95. If you’re looking (or needing) to cocoon this winter, the Natio Spa range is an easy choice to keep skin and senses nourished and revitalised.
