Lighter Skincare for Spring & Summer
With the change of seasons, we change our winter clothes for Summer, check our fire alarms (don’t we?), and change to a lighter fragrance. We should also change our more intense Winter skincare regime for lighter products over Spring and Summer. The higher humidity, lack of cold blustery winds, and reduced in-home heating means our skin doesn’t dry out as much over Spring/Summer as it does over Autumn/Winter, so we can treat our skin with some lighter, yet still hydrating and nourishing skincare products.
