Winter Skincare 2023
The crispness of Autumn has given way to the real Winter chill. Colder temps, drier air, and indoor heating can play havoc with our skin, leaving it feeling dry, red, sore, and even chapped. A good Winter skincare routine can be the difference between sailing through these colder months in style, or suffering with skin that is looking far from its best. May/June is the time of year I usually start to swap my Summer clothes over for Winter, put a heavier doona on the bed, and look at moving my skincare routine over to more nourishing and moisturising products for Winter.
